Имено, таа го документирала процесот на украсување на новогодишната елка во вид на видео и сè објавила на TikTok.
Како што можете да видите, Кирсти го постигнала ефектот на поубава елка со додавање на гирланда, а накратко искоментирала:

I said I would do this room in a budget and I became obsessed with all things limewash only to find out that it’s quite costly, in fact the shipping cost alone was twenty six pounds…. Back to the drawing board I wasn’t giving up and discovered a way to get the effect with regular paint… here’s how Prep, make sure the walls are clean dry and holes filled, you will need a big soft brush a painting tray, some foil and a couple of extra buckets/ tubs Next select your paint, you need two different colours about 3 shades apart. I bought a tub of @duluxuk Egyptian cotton poured half into a bucket and darkened it using a tester pot I already had of dulux coffee dust. Having got your two shades split a paint tray with foil so that you can dip your brush in two colours at the same time. You also need a separate tub of water. Keep the end of your brush slightly damp to keep the paint loose, dip in the water and get rid of the excess on the side of the tub then dip into your half and half paint, you should only have paint on the end 3rd of your brush at all times. Create v motions on the wall in the same way you would with limewash paint, don’t be scared you can go over areas and do a second coat once dry.
